  1. 1- I wish to see one button (for example) allowing me to add this contact to all of my social networks , asking for permission for one time rather than doing it for many more times for each social netword and each time I add him .
2-In case there is a message with many contacts , why not to include all those contacts pictures in the rapportive box , so I can see the pictures of all the included contact in the message and if I realized someone familiar I may try to contact or add him to my…

    Hi Muhammed,

Thanks for getting in touch, and thanks for the idea — “More Social” is the best title yet :)

The one-click “add on all networks” button is a cool idea, as is showing a list of people in the thread. We’ll definitely be treating these as things to consider, thanks!

  2. I love rapportive - on the right hand side of my google apps.

Can't seem to find a way to remove rapportive from being appended to the bottom of my email threads.

It's redundant and distracting. Especially with the new Google Apps Gmail redesign. It dominates the viewer experience and if I can't remove will have to uninstall rapportive (and imagine others may too). Appreciate your help.

I love that Rapportive currently does NOT detract ANYTHING of value from the GMail interface... but today Google dropped in a very rapportive-like feature, which gets squashed by rapportive.
You've only had a few HOURS to work on it, but I thought I'd open the suggestion anyway.

  5. I am working on a raplet for Infusionsoft, and it would be AWESOME if we could store the email content and subject inside Infusionsoft. Their Outlook Plugin currently does this.

    Hi Joey,

This is something we’ve thought about internally a few times.

Sending the body of an email every raplet request has obvious privacy implications so if we were to do this it would have to be very much on an opt-in basis.

Would you want every email body sent to the raplet, or would it be better if we provided a javascript API that allowed you to get the body at run time? (I’m not sure we can actually do this reliably yet, but it’s something we might consider).

  6. I love how batchbook can tie into rapportive (one of the reasosn we chose this for our CRM). But it would be even better if the fields rapportive pulls in are customizable. I'm afraid one of us might miss something by pulling in "comments" but not "notes," for instance. As it stands, we'll have to go into batchbook when we see a contact is there.

I think batchbook told me this rapplet was created over at rapportive... but I see in a post from Conrad that it was people at batchbook?

    You guys rock, thanks!

    Hi Allan,

The “Add to Highrise” button should do this for new contacts — but we don’t yet have the same button for existing contacts.

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll see if we can find a place to add it to the user interface.

  13. I suspect that this is already on your radar, but it would be nice to see Google+ added to rapportive, and for G+ support to include a display of public posts/posts shared with me.

    Hi Bilal,

Adding another email address is a pretty cool idea — thanks!

Just to check, you know you can edit the profile for another email address already using the “Claim your emails” button in the Rapportive menu at the top-right of the screen?

We’ll update this story when we make progress,

    Conrad

  20. I really value my screen real estate, esp. when I find myself on a small screen laptop. It'd be great if users could simply collapse/minimize the rapportive pane.

To see the rapportive pane take up so much space really frustrates the hell out of me at times (I'm not fond of the email experience to begin with). Right now, my other option is to flat out uninstall the tool (seriously considering it), which blows, esp. given how easily it can be fixed.

    Hi Adyita,

Thanks for getting in touch — it would be useful to have a “hide Rapportive” temporarily button in several cases!

Out of interest, how big are the small screens you are using?
