  1. Allow linking an email to a Facebook page, not a personal facebook account

    I have my personal email and facebook account. I also have business email addresses and facebook pages for that business. I am admin for the page but that is obviously attached to my personal FB account. I want to connect my FB account to my business email but then attach it to my business page, rather than my personal page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch — it shoulid be possible to add a Facebook page to your Rapportive profile:

    Click the “my profile” link at the bottom of the sidebar, and delete the existing Facebook link, then add the link to the page.

  3. Rapportive + Gmail + Chrome 19

    Hello devs,

    Rapportive won't log in or allow me to edit my rapportive profile.

    It keeps asking me to sign up with google, linkedin, facebook or other, opens and closes the new window and nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for getting in touch — that sounds most odd indeed.

    I’ve tried upgrading to Chrome 19 but I don’t see the effect you are reporting.

    Is there any chance you could try downgrading to the beta channel of Chrome and seeing whether that fixes your problems?

  5. Add a way to indicate that the Twitter/LinkedIn details might be wrong

    I have two friends with the same name. It's picked up the email address of one and the LinkedIn & Twitter of the other, and displayed them all together. I need to either input the right details or click something to remove them.

  6. Implement rapportive for twitter.

    It would be awesome if you could place a rapportive widget on twitter as well. I often use twitter for discovery of new people / keeping in touch and it would be great if it were possible to see an overview of other social networks they are connected to on there.

  7. Problem: Clicking on signout in gmail says "please wait" but does not signout...

    After installing rapportive, when i click on signout button.. the page just says "please wait" i dont know what the problem is? Does any one have this issue too..

  8. Treat Angel List like the others, show if I follow or provide a button to follow

    I'd like to follow a person on Twitter, connect with them on LinkedIn AND follow them on Angel List. Don't know if their API will allow, but if so it should be easy for you as you've done something similar a few times now.

  9. Can't Login under Windows Chrome, but Windows Firefox works fine

    I have successfully logged in using Windows Firefox 8.0.1, but for whatever reason, when I click on the LogIn link under Chrome 17.0.963.56, nothing happens. I have cleared cache and restarted with no change.

  10. Ability to choose the twitter account to folow a user

    I have two twitter accounts. I would like, when the info about a user is displayed, to be able to choose the account to follow him (I don't always want to use the default one)

    HI Jeff,

    We should already show you the image from Google Contacts, though we only do this if we haven’t found an image elsewhere.

    Have you manually added a lot of images to your Google Contacts?

  12. Problem: it shows twitter handle from my old job.

    My profile shows my private twitter handle (on top) and the one from my old job (below). Its really important this is changed to the handle of my current one. How do I do this?

    This is a big problem for me as I dont want to be affiliated with me past job. I've even unfollowed them to see if that helped with no avail. It also brings up the feed from them in my profile which makes matters 10 times worse.

    Thanks for getting in touch. When I look at your profile, I see the twitter account for @tahitahi, is that the correct profile? I’m not able to see any others. If you’re still seeing them could you send me the usernames by email, (replying to this email should do it).

  13. I would give my right arm if Rapportive could show which Group (if any) that the person emailing me is in.

    This would save me having to check whether or not I have already placed that person in a mailing group.

  15. Giving customisable names to the profiles and adding URLs to profiles

    I would like to see the name of the page along with the profile. for example, on my profile i have 2 Facebook pages- My profile and my company profile page. Both these pages are displayed as Facebook. I'd like to see it as Facebook- Priyanshu and Facebook-Marketology.in
    If they can be made customisable that will be even better, else picking the names from profiles page is good enough
    Similar for Linked in.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the idea, it looks like Nimble do have an API, though you still have to talk to them to get access to it.

    It would be cool if Rapportive supported all of the CRMs, though it might be a while before we get round to it!
