  2. figure out how to display contact info for multiple contacts. provide a more link if needed.

    Hi Mina, thanks for the feedback — we’re looking into this. In the meantime, you can hover your mouse over peoples’ names in the sender and recipient lists, and we’ll show their details.

    It helps, but it's not intuitive. Perhaps put some text in the Rapportive window if there are multiple recipients/senders to hover over names to see different people.
