   Hi Ankur,

   Sorry to hear Rapportive’s not working for you. It should work in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

   Can you try installing it from The chrome extension gallery? http://bit.ly/chrome_rapportive.

   If it still doesn’t work, please drop me an email to supportive@rapportive.com, and I’ll try and work out what’s going wrong.
