   I'm with Jay on this... something has slowed my mail down heaps lately and Rapportive seems the most likely suspect (I'd be interested to know how I might identify the culprit). I appreciate the information Rapportive provides but not so much that I'd willingly substitute that information at a cost of speed.

   I also question the value of the Rapportive info at the bottom of the email. Not sure whether there's any additional overhead for this, but seems redundant regardless.
