    Hi Adyita,

    Thanks for getting in touch — it would be useful to have a “hide Rapportive” temporarily button in several cases!

    Out of interest, how big are the small screens you are using?

    Asked for clarification via Twitter: I received an email that had an invitation attachment. Usually it appears in the Rapportive box but this time it didn't - I'm not sure if it was because it was an ICS file format.

    But if I was able to minimize the window, I'm pretty sure that Gmail would have had their pop up "add to calendar" for the file. Even if I'm wrong, it would have been one of those things for me to see.

    I love the product, hope this explains what I was looking for to minimize the window.

    I use a netbook - woohoo, me - and second this recommendation. But instead of closing, how about minimizing? It came to me while I was trying to add an appointment that didn't appear in the sidebar.
