    Hi Benjamin, that’s an interesting idea, thank you! At the moment we unfortunately don’t have a way of personalising auto-responders. But it’s something to consider.

    In what way are you thinking about personalising the messages? Do you simply plug in the sender’s name in the greeting line, or is it more complicated than that?

    Hi Martin,

    To start with that's all I'd like to do. I have a basic paragraph like:

    Hi *NAME*,

    Thanks for visiting our website. We'll be expanding service to *LOCATION* soon!

    ---
    And I'd like to scrape the *NAME* and *LOCATION* from Rapportive automatically without having to do it manually and one at a time.

    If you can set this up or provide the hooks, then this could even be used to do cooler & more detailed things in the future.

    One trick of course would be to delay the auto-reply until Rapportive has had enough time to track down and populate the relevant info.
