    Sorry that we don’t work well if you have Etacts enabled!

    We try to fit in nicely into the Gmail interface, but unfortunately there are so many ways to customise it that we don’t always get it right!

    We’ll see what we can do to coexist with customisations like this.

    Another problem with ActiveInbox (formerly GTDInbox):
    Rapportive moves GMail's "New Window," "Print All" and "Create a Document" button/links to the same toolbar row as ActiveInbox's buttons and drop-down menus. The result is that the GMail buttons overlap ActiveInbox's, and a "dead space" that won't accept mouse clicks covers the right three quarters of the toolbar, making most of ActiveInbox's controls inaccessible and unusable.

    This is a deal-breaker for me; you've forced me to choose between Rapportive and ActiveInbox, and ActiveInbox wins.
