Opera Extension
Now that Opera 11 will feature extensions, would you consider making one for the browser?
:)
Hi Roy, sure, we will consider it. :)
It will depend though how much demand there is. (We don’t even support Internet Explorer yet…)

w00t! That's really cool :). Last time I tried getting Rapportive into Opera I stumbled across some CSS edge-cases, but they should also be pretty fixable — the bookmarklet suffers from them too.

I spend a good chunk of my time in Google Apps and Gmail and could definitely use Rapportive. Currently I primarily use Thunderbird, but was thinking about going to Outlook for Xobni. Rapportive support in Opera, my browser of choice, would go a long way. Thanks.

I'd be really interested to see what you've got so far, could you drop me an email to supportive@rapportive.com?
Thanks!

Opera extensions are very similar to chrome extensions. I have just re-packaged the chrome plugin in opera's format, and about 70% of rapportive is working. Only the 'my profile' part isn't quite working. It's totally doable.

If you're comfortable with bookmarklets, we have rudimentary support for Opera: http://rapportive.com/bookmarklet
Does that help?
