    Hi Bruno,

    Thanks for getting in touch — that sounds most odd indeed.

    I’ve tried upgrading to Chrome 19 but I don’t see the effect you are reporting.

    Is there any chance you could try downgrading to the beta channel of Chrome and seeing whether that fixes your problems?

    Hello Conrad,

    I've tried downgrading, and disabling all extensions (which I won't do on a regular basis as rapportive has to play nice with others).

    Now I've got this message:

    "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

    Also, funny thing, if I'm posting Anonymous on this forum, how come you not only reply to my private email account but also address me in my first name?
