Add support for sending Twitter Direct Messages
To improve the new Twitter integration, I suggest adding support for sending Twitter direct messages.
This will be helpful in two main scenarios:
1. Someone DMed you, you open the notification email and reply to the DM from your inbox.
2. You want to DM someone about an email conversation you're having (maybe you want faster reply).

Hi Arik,
Yes — supporting DM’s would be really cool :). It’s mainly a case of squeezing the buttons somewhere in the sidebar.

Rather than adding a button, why not keep the d+username syntax that Twitter already uses?
