  2. Make an app for Zendesk, so users can see the clients social info along with their support tickets

    Zendesk is a great app for support and it already has great apps that integrate to different services. See link below:

  3. Increase Productivity - Contact Success Chances

    Use Rapportive's data trends to provide continual improvement on our e-mail productivity/ success:

    • What time of day does a particular contact normally respond to our e-mails/ is there a best time for me to try e-mail them
    • Do shorter e-mails get more replies than my longer ones
    • How long does it normally take this contact to respond
    • What is the ratio of my e-mails to this contact vs replies

    Things like the above will help provide feedback and continual enhancement of our e-mails.

    It might prompt us to call people who don't return e-mails, boomerang/ send later at the right…

  6. Fix the program so that it recognizes that me and one of my friends are already friends on facebook.

  7. Hi, I uninstalled rapportive because it takes up too much space on all my computer screens. Unfortunately it's still showing up!

    Rapportive lets you import all or a part of your contact

    MORE EVEN COOL, if your new email account is supported by Rapportive, you can directly import your contacts from your Rapportive Account.

    Honnestly, I dream on a message like this from you guys ;)

  9. Enhance and Integrates with Google Contact page

    Because Google Contact is as cool as the web was in 2000 and Rapportive seems to be intersted in Contacts Enhancement, I think there is REALLY something to do here ;)

    Add Facebook and Twitter in a contact profile would be a great start !

  11. Rapportive no longer works in the current Nightly, 23.0A1

    Changes in the Nightly 23.0A1 have disabled Rapportive. It no longer shows information on any open email, and clicking on an email address no longer shows that person, nor does the Rapportive link show up. For all purposes, it appears to be disabled, yet looking at the Add-Ons tab, it is enabled.

  12. Allow Rapportive be optional for each user of Google Apps for business

    When you enable it from the market place for all the domain, it appears below each email you send even if you didnt install the extention. This may be confusing for the user who didnt ask for the aplication.

  13. keep the tasks window on the bottom left side of gmail

    Rapportive currently pushes the tasks window to the right, which makes the tasks window cover the bottom content of my emails.
    I work with Tasks window open all the time.

  16. Rapportive does not play nice with my add-ons.

    Rapportive's content sits on the right edge of my email and covers the scroll bar. It does not sit inside Google's Advertising Space. I use Adblock too, but I don't use any option to collapse elements. This means that Rapportive still has a place to put it's content, but it starts out empty.

  18. please fix the linkedin invitation!

    please fix the linkedin invitation. If I replace the automated Linkedin invitation message on rapportive on gmail it still appears the same on Linkedin even I wrote sometinh else. Terrible!

    Ijust realised that hundreds of invitations I have send are wrong!

  19. Horizontal Preview Pane with Long profiles

    I know you have implemented the smart collapse/expand (read through your lengthy blog post http://blog.rapportive.com/53827077) which is great, and I know you support preview panes. But in Chrome, using horizontal preview pane, a long profile and a short email... I can never see the bottom of the rapportive profile. Is it just me? Or am I doing something wrong? Or did this get overlooked?

  20. What's going to happen when gmail forces us to the new compose function? I love Rapportive, but it doesn't work with the new compose.
