Use Rapportive's data trends to provide continual improvement on our e-mail productivity/ success:

• What time of day does a particular contact normally respond to our e-mails/ is there a best time for me to try e-mail them
• Do shorter e-mails get more replies than my longer ones
• How long does it normally take this contact to respond
• What is the ratio of my e-mails to this contact vs replies

Things like the above will help provide feedback and continual enhancement of our e-mails.

It might prompt us to call people who don't return e-mails, boomerang/ send later at the right time if there is a strong time correlation for someone, use shorter e-mails for executives rather than longer.
