Out of interest: why do you want to sync your HR contacts into Google Apps? (i.e. what are you trying to achieve, and why?)

ui design is subtle but very very nice, as are the hotkeys. In particular, I really like the Highrise integration. You've immediately made HR 10x more useful. I just wish that there were a constant sync between contacts in HR and GoogleApps!
