Completely agree. I'm happy to add a "discovered by Rapportive" or something like that at the bottom, but I don't want the first sentence to be about how Rapportive discovered the contact in my emails. This is a poor customer experience. If you prioritize customer experience over growth, you are more likely to win in the long run.

Agreed - this is important - we are happy to keep the rapportive.com link, but I'd like to make it a little more personal and not have to update it each and every time...
