Hi Julien,
Thanks for getting in touch, and thank you for using Rapportive.
We’ve noticed that some people have set their preferences so that no-one can find them by email, and regardless of the Facebook behaviour we respect that setting.
We’re planning to allow you to edit contacts yourself, see https://rapportive.com/feedback/529989, which will help a little with this problem.
