support StackExchange profiles
Would be great if you supported StackExchange profiles, as they aggregate activity across all of the StackExchange sites (stackoverflow, serverfault, superuser etc)

Hey Josh,
Great idea! I had a quick look and I couldn’t find stack-exchange profiles — they all seem to be for a specific site.
Was I just looking in the wrong place?
