integration with Plaxo

System could pull contact info from Plaxo which is in turn undertaking a lot of information aggregation.

Plaxo integration would be really cool — they have data like phone numbers and stuff too? Are there any particular fields you’d like to have?

    It would be great just to know if a particular contact is already in Plaxo (based on their email address) or not, with a link to the Plaxo contact page, similar to Linkedin, Facebook, Google Contacts, etc.

    As a typical user I want everything! However they use a system like google to allow a lot of flexibility so I'm not sure you can just specify a few fields.

    I would suggest that the two systems are very complementary and they may be worth approaching from the 'strategic partnership' point.

    They seem to have refocused on becoming the internets best address book with plenty of integration (not all seems to be right yet but time should sort this out).
