Better integration with Firefox
Integration with Chrome works just fine. In Firefox however it embeds rather poor

Thanks for getting in touch. We test Rapportive in both Firefox and Chrome, but haven’t noticed a significant difference. Do you have a moment to explain what breaks, or to email a screenshot to supportive@rapportive.com?
