If there's no profile picture on a person, just pull it from their Gmail account.

Thanks for getting in touch :).
We already get people’s photos if they have a Google Profile (for example mine is http://google.com/profiles/conrad.irwin). It would be interesting to see if there is a more reliable way of finding photos from people’s gmails.
