Hi Vinay, that’s an interesting idea, thank you. I’m not sure exactly how we might be able to do that, since there are lots of people with the same name in the world. But we will probably figure something out.

Most of the times, we know the person emailing us but may not be aware of names that he has mentioned in the text. When the name is selected, Rapportive can search that person in its database or can check whether any person of that name and surname exists in connections of email sender.
RAP is great tool. Finding the person info was never so easy. so easy as hovering the mouse! Thanks a lot!
