Hi Rahul,
The best Gmail integrated CRM is Streak (www.streak.com). I started using it a few days ago. Currently, it conflicts with Rapportive.
For features to make a sales CRM, visit their website. If the two could work together, or you added some features:
- Sharing comments about a client with other Gmail users
- Associating emails with a deal (again, which other assigned users can see)Lot's there - but would be a gem with Rapportive!
