    Today I noticed that hovering an email address in an email displays info about that user. I wanted to create a new Google Contact for this person and had to do it manually. I would just like to create a contact directly if connected through Google.

  2. Allow me to disable it by default and just load the information on demand

    I think Rapportive is really cool and useful for a few of the emails I get but I'd like to have it off by default, or at least be able to turn it off for specific contacts.

    The ability to turn it off entirely on my address when it's enabled on my domain would be an acceptable alternative.

    (My work enabled Rapportive for the entire domain, so I can't turn it off for my work gmail. About 90% of my emails are to a group of 5-10 engineers that I work closely with and seeing the same information on the…

  4. Ensure that the linkedIN status is accurate.

    Fix the broken status indicator. I have had numerous experiences in which a person who is a 1st level contact is not listed as such. I send a "connect" request to them and they scratch their heads.

    Zendesk is a great app for support and it already has great apps that integrate to different services. See link below:

  11. Support for new Google Compose layout

    Google are pushing us towards using a new compose/reply layout that doesn't enable you to view who you are writing an email too (this is a huge thing for me when it's the first time emailing them)

    Unfortunately Rapportive doesn't work with this.

  12. Allow Rapportive be optional for each user of Google Apps for business

    When you enable it from the market place for all the domain, it appears below each email you send even if you didnt install the extention. This may be confusing for the user who didnt ask for the aplication.

    The implementation is to use the Contacts of the "Gmail Contact" in the body of the email like a "hang out" contact.

    Example:
