EmailAddress@gmail vs emailaddress@gmail finds two different social media info. Please combine them.
The use of capital letters when signing up for the various social media accounts looks to have an effect on the info that is pulled up. Can this be changed?

This is now done :). We no longer distinguish between upper-case and lower-case letters in email addresses.
