Fix Vertical split

Up until a few weeks ago, my vertical split screen worked fine with Rapportive. Now, it disappears and only comes back when preview pane is not engaged. It doesnt show up with either horizontal or vertical. Is there any work around? I have searched and dont see other people reporting this problem. Is anyone else having it?

    Same here. Using gmail in vertical split, Rapportive does not load.

    Add me to the list of people whom this affects. Disabling preview pane instantly makes it work again, otherwise I just have a blank space where Rapportive should be

    I use Horizontal Split but it does not work either on Vertical or Horizontal split modes

    Rapportive folks, Please fix this. It cant be that hard. We built a whole custom raplet to support our company's needs and cant use it now. Please. Please Please!

    Same here! Rapportive column is blank when the the preview pane in Gmail/Chrome is enabled. But fine otherwise

    YES! I've googled this a few times since the new year, but only just found this. I tweeted @rapportive but received no response. This is, in my view, an essential feature.

    Rapportive, please let me know if there's anything I can do to help get this supported.

    Same here. The right-hand column is now blank when Preview Pane is enabled. Switching to regular view bringings Rapportive back. I hate having to choose between the two. Started around the same time.

    Same here - not working with Preview Pane turned on. Works fine, however, with Preview Pane turned off.

    Same here, Rapportive isn't working for me with a split pane.

    I've had the same problem and it started the same time as you. Can only see Rapportive when not in a split pane view. Otherwise, there is just a white space where Rapportive usually is.
