Update Rapportive to work with Gmail's new pop-out window.

I cannot get Rapportive to work with Gmail's new pop-out window. If I reply or forward an existing email, Rapportive will work but that's a somewhat messy work-around.

    It works for me. How are you initiating a new email? When on Gmail I click compose and once I add a person/email in the to field Rapportive opens up with the information.
