Stay logged into Gmail
Rapportive doesn't stay logged into Gmail (which links to all my other Social Networking creds: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). When I exit the Chrome Browser (version 28.0.1500.37) and reenter I have to connect to Gmail again to hook everything up. No special cookie deletions are happening. It just doesn't stay logged in. This is a PITA.

Rapportive is not listing contact info for an email id when I logged in with one linkedin profile, and listing contact info for the same email id when I logged in with another linkedin profile.

I just disabled and enabled Rapportive from Google Chrome extensions, refreshed GMail page and Rapportive started worked well for me after facing the same issue described in this thread.

This is so frustrating. LinkedIn said they're aware but that was many months ago so they clearly don't care.
As noted below, LinkedIn killed CardMunch by no development and now they're doing the same to another great product.
Poor show LinkedIn. I hope you don't buy any more good products.

It seems that whenever LinkedIn buys a terrific little company, the customer service and innovation comes to a complete HALT! hello, LinkedIn, are you listening?! I want to use your services such as Rapportive, and also CardMunch... and I'll convert to your CRM product once you actually permit it to launch fully... Help me Help you Help me!!

I'm also having this problem. Started a few weeks ago. Too annoying... if not resolved soon I'll have to uninstall, even though I love Rapportive's features...

They're all part of LinkedIn now and have probably moved onto projects there. The focus isn't on this product anymore. Sorry guys. I gave up on waiting and just removed it.

Is there any progress on this. Curious why Rapportive seem so slient on this. It renders a potentially great product almost useless

Add me to the list (I voted 3 times for this problem; suggest you do the same if you haven't already).

I just found the answer you need to enable third party cookies in your browser: https://rapportive.com/support/cookies
You'll have to do this once for every browser you use and it won't work when you check your mail on another computer. Seems like there should be a better solution, but perhaps it makes sense for security.

Rapportive is no longer working with twitter giving the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong" and sometimes disconnect from facebook and G + . I'll give you 2 weeks before uninstall it.

Rapportive is broken! Please fix! This problem is well-known and reported about since April. A mere acknowledgement from Rapportive might inspire users.

Ditto. Just installed Rapportive as a Chrome extension within the past 2 days and noticed this recurring inconvenience. Also, I don't know if this is related, but while I was able to connect my LinkedIn and Facebook, I can't connect my Twitter profile. Just keep getting a message that reads "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
