Google Contacts no longer shows up in Rapportive

This was announced by Rapportive in April 2011 and worked fine for a long time. I noticed recently the Google Contacts link is gone from my Rapportive panel in Gmail, and Google Contacts is not listed at http://rapportive.com/help either.

What gives?

    I'm having this problem, too. And I don't see the Rapportive menu at the top of Gmail, so I can't even tweak Rapportive options.

    Mine just shows "Import Google Contacts..." and never imports anything.

    I based my download of rapportive on the fact that ALL of my contacts, both business, and social are linked to my Google Contacts. It's where I would like to pull most (all) of my information from.
