Show user twitter followers count
When you're scanning through email, it's sometimes handy to understand at a glance the social "weight" of the person who's emailing you. Followers count would do just that.

I think the most important piece of data to add is "mutual followers".
And yes +1 for Eugenes point, it is of course necessary to judge spam vs real by follower ratio etc.
