  1. Inadequate updating of profiles

    I have recently found out that i was no longer considered a position due to the ill representation Rapportive has graciously decided to post of me. I am now currently unemployed with my most promising lead lost.

    Moving forward I would like it if you could update the information Rapporitive puts out regarding my nature.

  2. My Rapportive link is missing

    Hi, my Rapportive link is missing. It may be an interference from another plugin (which is an important plugin). Is there any way I can get to Rapportive settings to install new Rapplets?

  6. Developer Support : Ability to validate the response.

    While creating custom rapplets the most frequent error is "This link returned an invalid response, please check it is correct."

    There is now way to validate the response now. Add a validator with more description of the error.

    There used to be a little rapportive icon in my gmail inbox that I could click on to manage my account, but now it has completely disappeared. How do I get it back?

  15. Rapportive Invisible on Firefox, Inaccessible on Chrome

    I have Rapportive installed on both browsers. Today, if I enter Gmail via Firefox, Rapportive does not appear on the screen. In Chrome, it appears, but I get the following message:

    "Rapportive offline

    We can't contact the Rapportive servers right now.

    Sorry – we've got more people trying to use Rapportive than we can handle right now. Great minds think alike!

    We're busy adding more capacity, so we'll be back shortly."

  16. Setting up Linkedin needs Google credentials?

  17. Update the image on the help page that shows you how to prevent being logged out

    On the help page there's an FAQ that says:
    "I logged in, but it keeps asking me to log in again.
    Rapportive needs third party cookies enabled. Here's what the option looks like in Firefox on Mac:"

    The skitch image is broken and doesn't display currently. Could you update it to see how to do it? Also, if you have any tricks for doing it with Chrome, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Gmail changed their user interface today and the new interface does not show the link to Rapportive, so I can't log in. How do I log in using the new interface??????????

  20. Rapportive in Google Calendar (gcal)

    I would absolutely love to be able to hover over event attendees or participant email addresses (in the event view) and see the Rapportive information from the email addresses in Google Calendar.

    It would be very helpful to see recent posts and if they're already a connection for some good meeting small talk :)
